Job Description:	Duties: * Estimating Communications: o Receive and triage all phone calls. o Prepare all required correspondence. o Calendar all appointments, events, and meetings. * Maintain CRM software: o Track and drive all estimating deadlines. o Maintain client database including all contact information and business types. o Track and document client communication for each opportunity. o Seek out and retrieve new estimating opportunities. * Prepare, scan and store estimating proposals. o Store and maintain inventory of physical construction plans. o Retrieve, convert, print and store inventory of electronic construction plans. * Asisstant to President: o Assist with president's personal accounts payables. o Track and report payables to president. o Prepare and send all correspondence. * Travel Coordination: o Arrange and manage all travel requirements for company personnel. o Maintain database of industry related trade shows and expositions. * Process Development o Assist in all estimating department process development as directed.
