Job Description:	Hays and Sons Complete Restoration, Indiana’s leading restoration company, is looking for an Estimator to become part of its growing team. Our ideal candidate should possess strong sales/marketing experience and be proficient in Xactimate estimating software. Requirements: · 2+Years Estimator experience with Residential, Commercial, Institutions, Etc. · Ability to accurately bid all areas of concrete, framing, drywall, stucco, interior and exterior rehab scopes; calculating footages, areas, cubic feet/yd; material and lumber take offs. Etc. · Ability to compile a full bid package · Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with others. · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. · Ability to work as a team. · Results oriented and efficient. · Self starter, organized with ability to prioritize work flow. · Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Office applications. · Knowledge of Master Builder Software preferred · Knowledge of Xactimate Software preferred · Excellent job time management (must be able to determine when a job is taking too long and why) · Must have good leadership skills. · Must be willing to travel from project to project in central Indiana counties. · Must be capable of reading and understanding construction drawings. · Make sure all jobs are on budget and rectify if they are not. · Maintain job budget reports with percentage of completion, percentage over/under budget etc. and communicate to General Manager. · Monitor efficiency of jobs in conjunction with Project Managers. · Track change orders to include: client approvals, subcontract changes, billing. · Negotiate price and approve Project material purchases independently, or in conjunction with the Program (when applicable). · Maintaining customer relation by making sure customers are satisfied and have no complaints. · Maintain communication with each client regarding status of each project Compensation: Base salary, Incentive Bonus, Profit Sharing, 401K, Medical, Life Insurance, Company truck.
