Job Description:	JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: We are presently seeking an experienced Project Manager with water or waste water project experience. Responsibilities include the following: · Coordinate, attend, and facilitate meetings · Prepare reports and presentation materials · Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and other periodic progress reports that include updates to the progress, schedules, costs, expenditures, accomplishments, and issues. · Provide schedule analysis of periodic progress, projections of milestone and completions against the baseline schedules. Provide commentaries and recommendations based on evaluations. · Provide cost and expenditure analysis of periodic costs/expenditures against the baseline budget, schedule, and resource allocations. Provide commentaries and recommendations based on evaluations. Requirements: * Must have a minimum of 10 years construction management experience * Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field * Must be able to lead the project and manage the team * Experience completing projects on time and within budget * Must be a self starter with a track record of client satisfaction, be professional, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and have strong relationship-management skills with clients and vendors * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience using industry standard software
