Job Description:	DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards * Initiate and maintain liaison with client and contractors, to facilitate construction activities * Monitor construction through administrative direction of on-site contractors to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget * Represent company in project meetings * Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with Client * Review and comment on designs, program schedules, analyses and reports * Development of contract actions, including drafting Statement of Objectives (SOO) and Statements of Work (SOW) Requirements: * Must have a minimum of 15 years experience * Federal Buildings experience such as; GSA, DoD, MILCON, Navy, and/or USACE is REQUIRED * Four year college degree is REQUIRED * CCM, PE, or RA is preferred * Must be a self starter and work well within a team environment
