Job Description:	Wanted Superintendent with a Proven Track Record Building New Ground Up Restaurants and/or Retail Stores In the San Antonio/Austin, TexasArea NK DAVID CONSTRUCTORS, a dynamic General Contractor serving financial services and retail clients, is seeking an experienced Superintendent with a minimum of 10 years experience of having worked in a small to medium sized construction firm. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in building new ground up projects for restaurants, retail space and tenant improvement projects. Education and experience requirements include four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience. Minimum of four years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools and work procedures required. Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to coordinate and supervise multiple trades. This individual must have the ability to manage multiple projects, be organized and detail oriented, be able to read blueprints and layout projects. Reliable transportation is necessary. The ideal candidate must be familiar with the San Antonio/Austin, Texas marketplace and have built projects in these locations. Ideal candidate must also have a list of subcontractors with a proven track record building restaurants and/or retail stores. This position requires a trustworthy, motivated, problem-solving individual who is able to prioritize and can build new ground up projects on a fast track basis.
