Job Description:	J.A. Sauer is a growing, 25 year old, HVAC company dedicated to providing customers with comfort, reliability and energy savings through its HVAC products and services. To meet its growth needs, J.A. Sauer is seeking an experienced and talented HVAC Service Technician. Key reponsibilities and duties include: - Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs commercial and residential HVAC equipment, with an emphasis on commercial equipment, utilizing experience based diagnostic and problem solving skills - Sales duties such as renewals, new maintenance agreements and referring clients appropriately to replace old equipment (bonuses provided) Requirements: Qualifications and Requirements include: - AS. Degree or Technical School Degree in an electrical, mechanical or HVAC related field preferred - Five (5) or more years of HVAC service technician experience required - Expert knowledge and skills with commercial and residential HVAC equipment diagnostics, maintenance, repair and service - Superior electrical and mechanical aptitude, knowledge, diagnostics, troubleshooting, problem analysis and problem solving skills - Strong customer service orientation and engagement skills -focus on customer needs, empahty towards customers, able to understand problems from the customers perspective, able to comfort difficult customers - Passion for doing detailed and quality work - Great internal and external communications skills - Professional and tactful demeanor and manner - Able and willing to teach technical and customer interaction skills to less experienced technicians - Basic computer aptitude; able to use laptop PC to diagnose and troubleshoot - Able to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work on roofs and work in outside weather conditions - Willing to accomodate to the J.A. Sauer way as to problem solving, troubleshooting and customer relations J.A Sauer offers an excellent compensation and benefits package to the qualified professional ($20.00 - $30.00/hour based on experience and skill level), including sales bonuses, on going training and development and an environment that emphasizes respect for the individual and courtesy to the customer.
