Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: The Master Plumber provides advanced-level preventive maintenance to campus buildings in the areas of plumbing and heating and air conditioning components, including domestic water and sanitary waste systems. Designs and installs related systems and equipment; and may perform state-mandated water quality testing and back-flow preventer inspections (with proper qualifications) and performs specific job tasks/functions unique to position as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred but not required. Five years or more of related experience, or equivalent technical training, education and/or experience.

Current Maryland license as a master-level plumber. Current Maryland license as wastewater & water treatment operator or ability to obtain license. Current Maryland certification as a back-flow preventer inspector or ability to obtain certification. Current driver's license in state of residence.
