Job Description:	Job Requirements: 1. Serve as the program manager and project manager for various Government clients on existing Corps of Engineers and NAVFAC staffing services contracts. 2. Serve as the primary interface between key Government clients and company for all aspects of contract and task order requirements, management, performance, and execution. 3. Manage the performance of client-site employees. 4. Represent the company, plan and lead participation at technical conferences and marketing events. 5. Lead capture management efforts and develop proposals for new work on existing contracts; currently held task orders due for re-compete; and new contracts. 6. Travel within Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. area approximately 30% of the time, with occasional travel required to clients/potential clients in other areas. Specific Qualifications: · BS degree in science/engineering or management discipline. · Minimum of 10 years experience in a Program/Project Management role, with accountability for meeting program budgets, timelines, staff performance measures, and demonstrated experience managing client communications and expectations. · Experience with Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, and/or military program management practices as civilian employee, active duty military or civilian contractor is highly desired. · Prior experience working with small (8(a), SDB, SDVB, MBE) preferred, not required · Ability to work on their own with the client and client-site employees. · Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal relationship skills. · Ability with Microsoft Office software suite for presentations, documents, proposals, pricing, correspondence, and client reports, etc. · 10 years experience in Government construction, engineering, and/or other technical project execution. Desired Qualifications: · PE, PMP, or other related certification
