Job Description:	PETCO has a job opportunity for a Construction Project Manager based in Philadelphia, North Carolina, Ohio or New Jersey. You will be involved in the on-going national expansion of our retail store chain. You will be responsible for coordinating all phases of store construction projects: site surveys, prelim budgets, scheduling, construction drawing preparation, bids, and on-site observation. This position will require you to travel to job sites up to 50% of the time. This position offers professional challenges and excitement plus the stability that comes with forty years of successful business growth. Ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree Architectural Design or related field and a minimum of seven years project management related experience in a high-volume company. Retail tenant improvement experience a plus. PETCO is seeking a team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate on a professional level.
