Job Description:	POSITION DESCRIPTION Responsible for all aspects of project development from receiving initial task order from client to project closeout. Perform site visits, monitor the daily activities of multiple projects and complete progress reports. Perform scheduling and estimating utilizing RS Means programs. Submit accurate project documents during final close out, working with Project Superintendent. Interface with subcontractors and client by conducting preconstruction and site meetings. REQUIREMENTS · 5-7 years in Construction Management · 5-7 years of project estimating, preferably with RS Means estimating programs · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Experience in commercial remodeling and renovation work and Job Order Contracting highly desirable BENEFITS KBR offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive range of lifestyle benefits, including a flexible work schedule.
