Job Description:	Detail of Duties: Provide maximum effort on behalf of WCS to assure that each project produces customer satisfaction and reasonable yield. * Take-offs and bids as required. * Provide transfer of bid information to accounting for job and accounting files. * Issues contracts within budget guidelines. * Issues purchase orders within budget guidelines. * Advise management of cost over runs. * Manage change orders daily. * Manage transmittals and approvals. * Issue construction schedule. * Works with job superintendent to maintain schedule. * Advises management of any problems. * Provides a firm hand with subs to produce per contract terms. * Interact with owner and his agents as directed by Sales Manager. * Advise management regarding errors in bids, contracts, or job mistakes, so WCS losses if any can be kept to a minimum. * Provide superintendent dispatch. * Provide source for labor needs. * Provide and follow up on all special project needs. * Manage inspections, engineering, toilets, phones, fax, dumpsters, special inspections, and another special job needs. * Attend weekly management meeting.
