Job Description:	Proposal/Presentation Management Manage production of all proposals, presentations and associated graphics, including review and approval of all major department deliverables. Improve, refine and update all boilerplate proposal information on a continual basis. Support and implement proposal and presentation strategies which includes editing, recommending strategy/verbiage changes, etc. Direct the marketing team in responding to RFPs. Oversee creation of tactical marketing pieces and customized collateral to support market segments. Management/Development of Employees Determine workflow and processes to delegate responsibilities appropriately among team members. Evaluate marketing staff and provide related hands-on, on-going training and mentoring. Cross train team members to have the ability to evenly balance a fluctuating workload. Other Administrative Management Develop and manage a yearly marketing plan and associated budget based upon objectives established in the company strategic business plan. Develop and maintain business development/marketing tools and resources, including brochures, advertising templates, direct mail campaigns, award nominations and public relations materials to support the acquisition of new business. Promote Customer Relations Build effective relationships with internal customers. Actively participate in industry, client, company and community relations to enhance company image. Required Qualifications: B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team whose responsibility is to interact with internal clients to create a high volume of RFP responses. Ability to leverage creativity while ensuring that quality work products result. To meet client demands and deadlines, this position would often require a person to work varying hours. Experience developing and implementing a department business plan and budget. Demonstrates the ability to make decisions under tight deadlines and in the face of incomplete information. Demonstrates solid presentation skills and verbal/written skills.
