Job Description:	This position is responsible for acquiring talent to fill open positions and to manage internal developmental opportunities. It is also responsible for managing the company’s performance management process, and provides generalist support to the HR team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition: · Work with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions and keep them current. · Utilize recruiting tools (e.g. CareerBuilder and Monster) to post positions and search resume databases. · Prescreen candidates and coordinate further interviews with managers. · Generate offer letters and follow-up with applicants. · Coordinate with outside recruiters. · Search new avenues to market open positions. · Coordinate and conduct college and other job fairs. · Manage Intern programs New Hire Processing: · Review, and verify information for new employees for all Divisions. · Advise appropriate departments of start dates for new employees. · Work with hiring department to generate and distribute staff announcements. · Process, maintain and follow up on queries for pre-employment checks (skills testing, background, pre-employment drug tests and reference checks). · Coordinate new hire 1st day (Welcome, access tag, parking sticker, employee manual and introduction) Career Development: · Ensure internal communications of new positions and assist interested employees in exploring potential transitions. · Identify new roles for current employees and facilitate internal transfers. · Assist in developing processes to enhance career development.
