Job Description:	Primary Job Responsibilities Great opportunity to provide technical support to our Project Management in an Agency CM role for this major new public safety public health facility ; responsible for maintaining project control systems (document, budget and cost management systems), including logs, budget, accounting records, and CPM schedule updating; performs specialized technical analyses, including substitution requests, bid evaluations and claim analysis; estimates and negotiates change orders; coordinates and monitors reviews of schedule updates, invoices, pay applications, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFI); coordinates technical resolutions with A/E and contractor; supervises junior project engineer(s) in implementing project controls systems and administrative employees in document management (document control, record keeping and data entry); manages Prolog Manager project management application implementation/utilization at the project site. Training and Experience This position requires a minimum of three (3) years construction experience and a minimum of a BS in Engineering and/or Construction Management. Ideal candidate will have experience with Prolog, Primavera and Microsoft Office. In addition to minimum requuirements position demands a commitment to customer service and better than average communication skill and the ability to build collaborative relationships. Other Essential Functions Other Requirements Candidate must be able to carry 25#'s for 50' and be comfortable working a construction site, walking uneven surfaces, climbing ladders and working at elevated heights.
