Job Description:	Kitchell is currently seeking a qualified Senior Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic Pre-construction services group. The Estimator will be part of a team of professionals working on large negotiated commercial projects. Required Skills Requires a college degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, and must be computer literate, efficient and a minimum of five years of experience in the construction industry. Healthcare experience is preferred. Accubid experience is a plus. Required Experience Hands-on experience with the following is required: electrical systems, conceptual estimating, Plans, specifications, building and maintaining effective and professional working relationships with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.; and excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
