Job Description:	Provide strategic consulting services to owners of healthcare capital projects that includes schedule, cost, architectural and general programmatic disciplines. Prior experience in the construction, consulting, and healthcare environments is a requirement of the position. This position is designed to support Navigant Consulting’s Construction Practice Responsibilities · Help build NCI’s Construction consulting business with an emphasis on the healthcare industry · Develop client relationships, contribute to new business and lead proposal development · Manage all aspects of client engagements · Oversee data collection, technical analyses, general project management and communication. · Prepare reports, presentations and other documents for client deliverables Candidate Qualifications · 10 years experience in the construction industry with increasing levels of authority and responsibility; a minimum of 5 years experience in a consulting capacity · Specific examples of service delivery involving capital projects in excess of $50 million in a healthcare environment · Good analytical, writing and presentation skills · Appropriate professional accreditation and graduate degrees, preferred · Ability to travel and to work overtime hours as needed Compensation Package Navigant Consulting offers comprehensive compensation packages including a competitive base salary, performance-based compensation, medical/dental/life insurance, 401(k) and employee stock purchase plans.
