Job Description:	Warranty Technician - Part Time Superintendent Needed. Well established Regional Homebuilder is looking for a Warranty Technician to make minor repairs to new homes in the Gulfport, Ms. area. Prime candidate will live in or directly around Gulfport, MS. Have their own basic hand tools and be able to do minor repairs, including but not limited to: sheetrock repairs, painting, millwork or trim work, minor flooring repairs etc. No Plumbing, Electrical or Heating and Air Conditioning work will be required. Candidate will also help in minors repairs to homes in final stages of construction. Candidate will also help full time superintendent with scheduling and follow up work on homes under construction. Company will not pay for relocation so candidate should live in the direct vicinity of Gulfport, Ms. Candidate must pass a criminal background check before hiring.
