To support our business, The HON Company is seeking two Advanced Manufacturing Engineers to join our Advanced Manufacturing team. These positions, based in our headquarters, offer the opportunity to become involved with the design and implementation of company wide strategic initiatives and offer experience working across multiple production facilities. Requirements: Are you ready for the next step in your career? Successful members considered for this team will have a four year degree in engineering with 5 years of manufacturing experience. The ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and be adaptable and flexible is critical. Strong leadership and project management skills required. The successful Advance Manufacturing Engineer will be expected to have excellent communication skills and be able to influence decision makers; the ability to multi-task, and work with all levels within the organization are critical.
