Job Description:	Description We are seeking experienced Estimators to prepare estimates for multiple projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities will include preparing preliminary cost estimates for projects in the planning phase; preparing engineers' estimates based on plans and specifications; reviewing estimates prepared by consultants, reviewing change order costs, and keeping current on market conditions and construction industry trends. Requirements: * Must have a minimum of 15 years estimating experience. * MS Excel, engineering analysis and cost estimating software knowledge. * Must have exceptional report writing skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated project management skills, analytical and decision-making abilities. * Four year BS college degree is required.
