Job Description:	Requires a BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 15 Yrs. of experience minimum including that of a Superintendent. Lead team of construction professionals in the successful construction of the new Medical facility at Harbor City, CA. Will have responsibility for meeting budget and schedule requirements, and maintaining a positive image with the Owner. Must be able to effectively interact with the Owner and Subcontractors. Develop and monitor the project schedule. Must have previous California Hospital and OSHPD Experience. Ensure that safety and quality objectives are met..
