Job Description:	Position Description: · Assist with planning and design · Order special order items · Obtain permits · Attend local compliance meetings with municipalities · Review plans and develop trade scope of work · Manage project team through direction and leadership · Develop project plan to properly allocate project resources · Prepare project schedule in a logical sequence and budget time required to meet deadlines · Establish budget parameters · Award bids and issue contracts specifying materials and supplies · Prepare quantity take offs and estimates on various projects · Verify the project by preparing estimates and specifications · Qualify subcontractors · Schedule and coordinate sub-contractors · Handle computer tracking; change order, RFI and Cost Control · Attend and schedule job meetings · Maintain open lines of communication with clients, engineers and subcontractors · Resolve day to day job site problems · Enforce building codes, quality control programs and safety plans · Order materials · Maintain budget awareness and schedule for the future · Visit sites regularly · Prepare and submit monthly invoices, budget, estimates progress and cost tracking reports · Approve completion of work for progress payments · Review and approve change orders · Monitor construction schedule and take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site. · Maintain all project related documents · 5-10 years experience minimum (required) · PM experience on large civil projects (required) · Scheduling/CAD experience (required) · BS Degree: Civil Engineering, (required)
