Job Description: We are small, family-owned commercial construction general contactor in SE Columbus looking for an individual with 10+​ years of experience as a commercial construction estimator.​ This position will also be responsible for ordering all materials to support the job.​ Ideal candidates should have in depth knowledge of commercial construction estimating and purchasing.​ This qualified person will analyze blueprints and specifications to prepare proposals.​ They will also assist in the selection of vendors and subcontractors.​ Qualified applicants must have the ability to work well and coordinate with our project management team.​ Candidate must have strong organizational and verbal communication skills.​ We are an equal opportunity employer.​ Salary is negotiable based on experience.​
