Job Description:	B&W Bonnerville Development, Inc. located in Maple Heights, Ohio is currently looking for an experience Construction Project Manager: • Sales – Construction Estimator; • Negotiate Construction / Proposal Agreement; • Budgeting and bidding process; • Scheduling of projects; • Monitor daily jobsites; • Contact subcontractors and monitor their progress; • Responsible for starting issued jobs up and through completion; • Responsible for appropriate city jurisdiction codes and regulations plus insurance, bonds and Contractors Registration; • Responsible for pulling appropriate permits; • Responsible for keeping projects within budget and on schedule. REQUIRED SKILLS: Five 5 years experience with affordable housing and successful construction project management; excellent budgeting, organization and data management skills a must as well as strong computer skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. This is a subcontract for hire only position. Salary is commission based.
