Backgrounds with the federal government and/or Department of Defense is required. Project Managers at RMA: · Manage all aspects of every project · Resolve conflicts · Ensure projects are compliant with corporate / government regulatory policies and procedures · Set up and manage project teams · Develop project plans and schedules · Approve and distribute design decisions · Manage risk · Communicate with project stakeholders as appropriate · Handle customer relations · Set up and manage project teams · Build teamwork on the project site and with stakeholders · Lead and motivate the project team · Maintain quality control · Achieve project objectives within the scheduled time frame. Minimum Requirements · Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on federal Department of Defense construction project management experience. · Direct experience with design-build projects. · Current 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety Class certificate. · Proficient with scheduling programs such as Microsoft Project and Primavera (preferred), and MS Windows applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. · Experience with RMS is highly desirable. · Occasional travel within western U.S. and Hawaii.
