Job Description:	We are currently looking for a Project Manager for the following Responsibilities: * Obtaining bids from trade contractors, sub contractors and materials vendors. * Reviewing direct and indirect estimation of project resources requirements, bill of quantities and pricing. * Evaluating sub contractors’quotations and resources. * Computing commercial cost, assessing estimate accuracy and advising on contingency requirements. * Presenting to management for commercial review and preparing client price submission schedules. * Generating estimate and proposals in hard bid, negotiated and design-build environment. * Performing cost analysis and studies and keep abreast of changes in construction cost. * Preservation of confidentiality regarding personnel, client and all company related matters. * Ability to work independently and professionally. * Must develop a basic understanding of company processes and project operations. * Position will support Key Management Personnel * Will work in Project Management, and other misc Projects from time to time Requirement: * Must have a 4 year degree in construction science or degree in related fields. * Superior organizational and prioritization skills. * 5 to 10 years experience in estimating is a plus. * Must demonstrate Professional etiquette. * Exceptional oral, presentation and written communication skills. * Demonstrate the ability to follow-up and follow through with assignments and projects. * Exceptional customer service skills and a team player.
