Job Description:	Richter Cornbrooks Gribble of Baltimore, Maryland has a position immediately available for a Project Manager with strong project management and construction administration experience. This is an opportunity to lead teams on exciting projects for premier academic and cultural institutions. We intentionally maintain a small studio atmosphere to offer talented staff rewarding collaborative experiences on a variety of meaningful and innovative projects. Requirements: * Professional Degree in architecture from an accredited architectural program, with minimum 10 years of architectural experience in higher education and institutional projects is required. * Candidates must have architectural registration. * Experience in Revit and other commonly used software programs is also required. * Successful candidates must demonstrate ability to lead, design and manage large-scale higher education projects and actively support design, technical, management and business development endeavors of the firm. * Excellent design, graphic and verbal presentation skills are essential to this position.
