Job Description:	General · Responsible for traveling to and staying at jobsite locations (company furnished accommodations) internationally for coordinating, organizing and management of design-build Energy Savings Projects as well as on-site safety program administration, implementation, oversight and compliance documentation/reporting. · Coordinate daily with on and off site project team personnel, interface with customers and supervise subcontractors on a daily basis. Construction Project Management · Manage subcontractors to ensure quality control, cost control and adherence to agreed upon schedule. · Prepare reports for project tracking and accounting to ensure accurate record keeping for all costs and work complete to date. · Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure lowest cost and best delivery of equipment and services. · Develop and maintain a project critical path schedule utilizing (appropriate software as required by the contract documents). · Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting notes. Project Development · Coordinate with the project team and support development of scopes of work and Subcontractor/Vendor bid process. · Facilitate and support the project team for site visits and collection of existing site information and drawings. Site Safety · Support with the preparation of a project specific safety program and approval of such from the Customer. · Coordinate and monitor onsite activities to assure safety program compliance and prepare daily reports and other safety related documentation as required daily. · Ensure all subcontractor safety documentation is in accordance with their agreement and site specific safety plan. QUALIFICATIONS · Must have a strong background in all aspects of project management and site safety management for the design and installation of projects involving mechanical systems, electrical systems, building automation, design build construction and energy saving measures. · Ability to demonstrate experience and ability to coordinate with a project team for management of customer’s expectations and subcontractors/vendors daily activities and safety practices. · 2+ years work experience in project development, managing subcontractors, correspondence, submittals, changes, schedules, verification testing, training, specification compliance, mechanical and electrical design review and fast paced construction. · BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or another technical field related to construction of the energy service industry. Or 5+ years of work experience. · Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and Outlook. NORESCO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
