Job Description:	Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the activities of Plant Operations Department to provide services, repairs, and maintenance necessary to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the hospital and satelite sites, and to maintain a comfortable physical environment for patients, employees, medical staff and the public in accordance with policies, procedures, standards and practices set by HCA, the State Department of Health and other local community and governmental agencies. Administers construction/renovation projects. Coordinates disaster response of crisis management emergency plans and procedures for natural, wartime, technological disasters or hostage situations. Qualifications Knowledge of professional principlies and practices and verbal interpersonal and quantitative skills. 3-5 years progressive management experience. Ability to manage a team and work with others within a team to ensure quality patient care. Strong problem solving skills. Computer literate. Recent experience with JCAHo, HICFA & other related standards required.
