The project scheduler will support the successful federal programs divisions performing large construction projects for the Department of Defense. The scheduler is responsible for planning, developing and maintaining project / program specific schedules and cost reporting during the proposal phase and during project execution with minimum supervision. Responsibilities: Develop logic linked cost and resource loaded schedules from proposals and estimates. Attention to detail including critical path analysis, progress updating, and mitigation planning. Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and managing all schedule and control activities on projects/programs assigned using Primavera Enterprise, Version 6.0 The Scheduler will be responsible for establishing budgets, monitoring costs, developing detailed cost forecasts, and must demonstrate past experience utilizing Earned Value Management in conducting performance measurement analysis . The Scheduler must be able to evaluate cost and schedule variances using strong analytical skills. A candidate with a background in the construction industry working on government contracts will be given strong consideration. A candidate with experience in Earned Value Management on US DOD projects is desired.
